This module focuses on work-based learning in the waste management sector, connecting theoretical knowledge with practical experience in real working environments. Through activities implemented at RecycAl’s Circular Economy Park, participants gain hands-on skills in waste sorting, logistics, reuse activities, workplace safety, and recycling operations. The module promotes cooperation between VET institutions and the private sector, preparing learners for employment and professional engagement in the circular economy and sustainable waste management.
